Happy Sunday.
I managed to get my bottom to the Excel exhibition cetre today despite the partially suspended Northern Line which affected me terribly and despite the rain!
I think while en route I was thinking- what on earth are you doing and why? It was one of those days-Such a terrible way down there it was. But I have to say I enjoyed it! I met nice people and I had a look at so many products and new techniques.
Of course I bought a few things- more to come during the week.
Today I wanted to share two skin care products that I'm enjoying to the max.
Embryolisse (Lait-Creme Concentre)
It's a lovely gently yet super effective day cream.
It's ideal for sensitive skin as doesn't have any strong chemicals or scent to it. I have normal skin with (on occasions) an oily T zone and it works wonders for me.
It's white but when you apply it there is no colours left behind. A little goes a longggg way.
What I love the most about this cream is that it's super effective and you can see the results straight away. The absorption power is incredible. and it's because of this that I make it my cream of choice for before I apply my foundation.
I change my foundation every week (as I have too many and I need to use them up) and this cream works with every single one. The foundation applies and blends like a dream.
I couldn't recommend it enough if you can get hold of it.
It's about £16.50 and I got mine at Screen Face in London. Link
High-Potency Night-A-Mins by Origins
I picked up this night cream during the xmas period. I've been loving it since!
It's suposed to help with tired skin, wrinkles, imperfections and all sorts of evils.
It's a rich but light cream with a very soft and relaxing citrus scent.
I apply it after I clean and tone my face before going to bed. It's like my last face treat of the day.
You do not need much and it's ideal for a face massage. It does not absorb straight away and it does sit on the skin a little bit. I don't normally mind because I normally go to bed straight away after I apply it.
I love the way my skin looks the next morning- refreshed, relaxed and healthy.
I bought mine in House of Fraser and it was £32. Ouch but worth it! Link
