Bacteria Found in Night Cream | Personal Injury Lawyer | South ...

By SinkLawAdmin on January 5, 2012

HimalayaUSA announced a voluntary recall of Organique by Himalaya and Nourishing Night Cream. The product can be identified through Batch #S691001 and Batch #S691002. The Reason for this recall is due to bacteria staphylococcus aureus and fungu found during testing, which may cause a serious allergic reaction for costumers using the product. Consumers are requested to return the product for a full refund. For more queries, contact 800-869-4640 between 8:00AM – 5:00PM, according to news reports.

As a Spartanburg personal injury attorney, I hope that nobody experiences an allergic reaction due to a product. If you or someone dear to you sustained injuries from a defective product, get in touch with a personal injury attorney who can work to fight for your legal rights and fully evaluate your claim.  A lawyer will work by your side to get the best possible results for your claim. The lawyer will look at every angle of your case and analyze it in-depth so that your case receives the attention it deserves. A company should be held liable for the products they produce, and a consumer should report any problems immediately so that more costumers are not harmed by the defective product included in the recall.
